Leading with Strategic intent

Enhance site leadership team capabilties

Delivered by IMI in association with IDA Ireland, this programme is run over 6 months and supports leadership teams to develop an Irish site value proposition. 

Who is it for?

You may be eligible if:

  • You are part of a leadership team of an existing IDA client company.

What do you get?

A 6 month 50% funded programme  supported through mentoring by  former CEOs of Irish MNC subsidiaries. Modules include development of a strong subsidiary strategy, communicating the strategy, development of a talent strategy and strengthening stakeholder networking.

What can it be used for?

The development of a value added strategic blueprint to strengthen existing Irish sites.
